PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

All products are subject to availability. After you have placed an order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. Please note that this is not a guarantee of product availability. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details. If any part of your order is unavailable, a full refund will be made for all unfulfilled items.

 

PAYMENT:

All orders are processed via Paypal. However, credit card payments can also be directly processed via Paypal without an active Paypal account.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Duties and import taxes assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of your order.

Worldwide shipping rates are charged as follows:

ASIA - USD 5 per order

AMERICAS, EUROPE, REST OF WORLD - USD 15 per order

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns and exchanges are only considered for regular priced items. Sale/discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and be in original condition with tags. Please email us at info@offdutynow.com to request a return.

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your original method of payment with total cost of returned item less original shipping charges. All shipping related charges are non-refundable. Returns must be received within 7 days of return authorization issuance.
